Users may generate, download, and share content (including images generated through the App) without restriction. Dreamio does not claim ownership of any content created by users.

By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of this data for these purposes.
The App does not have a server-side component. All user data, including prompts and generated content, is stored locally on the user’s device. The App communicates directly with Pollinations.AI for image generation, and no user data is stored or processed by Dreamio.
Images generated using Pollinations.AI are subject to their terms of use. Dreamio does not claim ownership of content generated by users using Pollinations.AI technology. Users are responsible for ensuring that the use of generated content complies with applicable laws and regulations. For more information, refer to Pollinations.AI’s policies.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the App and the content they generate complies with the terms of service of Pollinations.AI and applicable laws. Users should not generate or share content that is unlawful, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate.
As the developer, Ilsur Gabdulkhakov is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of the content generated. All responsibility for generated content lies with the user and Pollinations.AI. The App is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Ilsur Gabdulkhakov reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to any user who violates these Terms or engages in harmful or unlawful behavior.
